90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 90 days of delivery and we will do our best to make things right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Remain in their original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The product received

  • The shipping package

  • Any visible damage

We will work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Products damaged through misuse
