Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

This may occur when products are shipped from different fulfillment locations or become available at different times.

If applicable, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may be unable to recover the package or issue a replacement.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support.balmery@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find a suitable resolution.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date

While we will assist with the investigation, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak seasons, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays.
